This image is one that I worked on during my time at Art Hara studios in Tokyo.
The character's name is Ryu Sobu, and he is a chinese Nazi that is a decendant of 'Fist of the North Star' villian, Raoh.
The color illustration was for the backside cover of the Fist of the Blue Sky trade volume, but ended up not being used.
It was colored entirely by me in Photoshop.
